Receive Your Notice
Your council rates notice will include a link for the FlexiRates portal. You can also access it directly from your council's website.
Access the Portal
Sign in securely to view your rates account, current balance, and any existing payment arrangements. No new account to create — your details are linked from your rates record.
Set Up Payments
Choose your preferred payment method — card or direct debit — and select a frequency that suits you. Review and confirm your schedule before it begins.

You can log in to the portal to update your payment details or make a manual payment. Your council's rates team will also be alerted to failed payments and may contact you to assist.
